- Cancellation Policy
At GODVEDA, we strive to ensure a satisfying shopping experience. However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the shipment has not been dispatched. Orders can be cancelled by contacting our customer support team at info@thegodveda.in or by calling us at +91-62804-55754. (Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 9 PM). Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation. Once confirmed, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days.
- Return Policy
We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, or if the product received is different from what you ordered, you can return it under the following conditions:
The product must be sealed/unused and in its original packaging.
The return request must be made within 4 days of receiving the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Conditions for Refunds:
Refunds will be processed only for items that meet the return criteria.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the product is not in its original condition or is damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
